Default Can't add gauges in LT1_8051 file?

Have a 94 Roadmaster LT1, want to use the gauges to the full effect but I only see 4 setup.. (using LT1_8051).. but if I open up LT1_8051_M0_a, it has a full compliment of gauges??

Using the eval license, if that matters.. just want to add some useful stuff to the dashboard to see how it looks (RPM, MPH, TPS, Coolant temp, volts, left & right O2's, Knock retard, air flow, knock sensor, ign advance) Basically, I would like to see the gauges similar to what is shown in the user manual "using dashboard display" page.

Soooo, how do I add gauges? I can't right click a menu up on anything other than the blue ones.
