    Kurt,
Lots of similarities with mine. I have bucking in those same areas and about same kpa. Mine seems right on in the 85 105 area and pulls really hard. I have to upgrade my v7.3 for about $400 before I can use the COS. I think the maf is doing a good job of fueling me whenever I am wot but I must have my ve off at light load transition and cruising. I have a similar sbc 406 with a big solid roller and holley speed density injection. It was so much easier to tune than these as you can just make changes as engine is running until the fueling table is steep enough to give it the fuel it wants. Good luck and keep in touch with what works and I will do the same.

That is what EFI told me when I contacted them. They said my version which is from 2005 I believe would have to be upgraded to a newer version in able to use the COS. Is that incorrect?

Which hardware interface do you have:
    - FlashScan V1 Scan&Tune,
    - FlashScan V1 Scan Only,
    - FlashScan V2 Scan&Tune,
    - FlashScan V2 Scan Only

Upgrading FlashScan V2 Scan Only to FlashScan V2 Scan&Tune is $400.

If you have FlashScan V1 Personal Scan&Tune, then the upgrade to Commercial Scan&Tune is $50 to do full flashes.

FlashScan V2 already does full flashes.

    (COS requires full flash).

The software and COS's are free.

Thanks Joecar. I have FSP V1.2 scan and tune personal version with 4 licenses.
So I should be able to upgrade to Commercial scan and tune for $50 and then be able to do cos after apropriate downloads? I will do that in a heartbeat.

Yes that is correct, you just need to purchase this upgrade:
