I am tuning a large cam 403 with the ls2 ETC tb and I need to know what table controls how far open the blade is at idle? Is it the Desired Airflow table? If I manually hold the throttle open a little it will idle fine.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue with a car I'm tuning. I"m new to ETC, so kinda clueless about it.
You need to change B4349 - ETC Throttle Area Conversion first, then work on the desired airflow table.
Also they need to drill a hole....
