Difference is ANY table you see in the Tuning tool can be modified real time on the truck without needing to reflash the ECM.

so does this work with DSP also?? and also, i could see my self doing something like when i killed my truck setting the high idle back to 600 without deactivating the DVT if i had the ability to change EVERYTHING on the fly.

Yes it would work with DSP as well.
There is no safety net with RR, if you command 3000uS of injection time at idle, guess what, you'll get it instantly! It's a powerful tuning tool, it's certainly not a toy.
