Default Dual purpose PCM pin outputs

The PCM uses some pins as "dual purpose" outputs. For example, PIN #33 (green harness) on a GEN III LS1 PCM can be used as a FAN #2 control or as an Auto recirculation control. Can anyone tell me what other PINs have this "dual" functionality on a GEN III LS1 PCM and are they programmable via EFILive?

You trying to hook up dual fans? I know on my truck it was #33 on the green connector and #42 on the blue connector, I think lol. I will have to double check.

Are you going to power something or use an input for reference?
    Blue Connector: (99+)
Pin 41, Black, EGR Pintle Position Ground
Pin 47, Grey, EGR Pintle Position Sensor 5V Reference
Pin 55, Brown, EGR Pintle Position Sensor Signal

pin 55 can be used for WBO2 input,
when you have a cable that has no AD or serial inputs.

No, I have the dual fans already. I was actually looking for a place to tap for fuel pressure and for a third fan output for my intercooler heat exchanger.
