Which custom OS to use?

I am new to EFILive Flashscan and am not sure which Custom OS I will need to use for my son-in-laws PCM.

He has a 1999 Silverado 3500 5.7L and we would like to be able to use the B3647 table.

I am pretty sure I need to flash a 2001 Custom OS to do this, but I am not sure which one of them I should use.

Check out the table on page 4 of this Tutorial Document. It has a table of Stock vs. Custom EFILive Operating Systems and also the instructions for their installation.
