Default LS2 GTO with Procharger P-1SC-1 52lb Injectors help

    Hello,

I was wanting some assitance with tuning a GTO LS2 6.0L with Procharger P-1SC-1 52lb Injectors.
    OS- 12604792

With stock injectors AFR max 12@5200RPM before running lean. Max DC
With 52 lb injectors AFR pegged 10+ up to 4250RPM. leaning steadily to 13@6500RPM
(both details are for stock calibration)

This is the first LS2 with larger injectors that I have done.
I have tried to change fueling and injector variables but I am still to calibrate to bring aim tables true.

Has anyone had experience with this particular setup?
Are there any particular cals needed to make AFR correct?

    Thankyou in advance.

    Jon

Jon, is it still with the MAF?
If yes, have you hit the airflow limit of the MAF?

    Still MAF based.
    Here is what I did.

Changes to {B4001} Injector Flow Base table
Quite large percentual changes were applied across the table until i found the right percentage to bring -20 fuel trims back to 0.
Once this was done I ran car with results: AFR 12.5@2600RPM, 11.4@4000-5000RPM, 12@6500RPM
It seems that perhaps I may be running out of fuel pump ontop?
I have tried making massive changes to {B3618} P.E Mode Commanded Fuel to bring fuel in line, but still not calibrated true......
Has anyone got a positive solution to this?

I can't answer the question on the Fuel pump, but often people fit those voltage boosters to the pump to get more flow. Are you running the stock fuel system (apart from the injectors)?

Yes, the fuel system is OEM.
I was going to try next turning up fuel pressure at desired rpm.
Do you know if the pump can handle going over 90 limit?
Does anyone know the working threshold?

Why dont you just change the pump-

and why would you bother with the oem pump anyway..
