You disabled P0757 and it still lit up...?
With the 0411 PCM (in the F/Y-cars) the code will stay disabled (what Vince at FLT said to do).

You would do this if your TCC was unlocking due to misfires (there a TSTATE bit indicating this).
Also, try doing a CASE relearn first (stall converter has less mass than stock, so misfire algorithm may misdetect misfire).
