    Default Engine light again...third time

I just got my truck back and on sunday the engine light came on talking about Shift Selonid B Stuck on "On". I removed the engine light and it didnt show up until this morning again.

Now i had this light pop out right before i had my trans tc, and gear ratio (3.73 to 4.10) swapped so im thinking its something w/ the tune. My friend thinks it something with the gear ratio. I checked my tune and it looked fine for 4.10. Does anybody know what else could be the problem?

Are you getting P0757 even tho it upshifts and downshifts correctly...?

Vince at FLT says to disable P0751 and P0757... those are in the DTC table under Engine Diagnostics.

    I see two selection:

    C; Non Emissions Related and
    X: Non Reported

Which one of these selections make it disable? cuz right now P0752 is on C: Non Emissions related and P0757 is on X: Not Reported.

Set them both to X: Not Reported... if that doesn't do it then IDK... P10 pecularity...?

You may be entering limp mode when the MIL comes on due to those DTC's.

Even though P0757 is already disable why disable P0751? What does the P0757 mean that causes the problem to my truck?

See "Conditions for setting the DTC": http://www.ls2.com/boggs/a4/DTC%20P0757%205.7.htm

Basically, "Shift Solenoid B Stuck On", as detected by the ECM's algorithm.

But, if your file has P0757 set to Not Reported, then the ECM should not be setting it...

However, someone has seen similar behaviour regarding P0420 with the P10 and/or P12 ECM...

So we don't know why at the moment.

I didnt disable the P0751 yet but will tonight.

i read it talking about a 1-2-2-1 shift pattern when I accelerate pressing the padel 15% when reached 35-40 mph I notice a vibration under my foot pedal. I dont know if its a tc since we installed a Yank 3600. But my tune is program to lock up on 31 mph if you look at my tune from the first post.

Here is how it goes when we changed the gear ratio on the tune. Speedometer>Parameteres> Speedo Calculator. While on the "Speed Calculator" Tab I input my old tires and old gear ratio (3.73). Then go to the "shift point correction" tab and on orginial calibration I input 3.73 gear ratio then clicked on the "<-" button.

I then go back to "Speed Calculator" Tab I input my NEW tires and NEW gear ratio (4.10). Then go to the "shift point correction" tab and on New calibration I input 4.10 gear ratio then clicked on the "<-" button.

After all that I clicked on "Apply" and now all of the trans shifts have changed. I dont know if what I did was correct or was the cause of this problem unless you notice any other problems that i did wrong...

Honestly I think a bunch of the DTC disable flags dont work in the P10, or at least we're missing another table because Ive turned a few off before and they eventually come back...
