Default dynoed Nova, look at my log

I dynoed to see where my converter was flashing to. On the data log dashpad b (graph) it looks like 3200 if we start the dyno early or 4200 if we start it at 3000.
if you look at the dash where the tach flashes it jumps from 2700 to 4600. It is a 8" converter , I would like it to be around 5400 or so per 3 different converter company recommendations. I am just seeing how close I am before I buy another one or get this one restalled.

With 31x13x15 slicks at 11.5 psi I made 357rwhp on the tune I made from track testing. we tried 2 deg more timing and it did not make as much power. we tried adding fuel but it lost again. my wide band would show around 12.6 where the dyno wide band stayed a steady 13/1 across the board. I could not look better .

After finding a flat on one side after lunch we aired them up to 15psi and the power went up to 389 rwhp.

last dyno log was the 389 pull but I forgot to turn my wide band on.

dyno log 2 has air fuel when we tried more timing and fuel together. I had the wide band on then.

what do you pros think its flashing too?

AS, I'll look when I get on my WIndows PC.

Wow, 3.5 psi from tire cost 32 hp...

I saw your vid at HC... tire did wrinkle.

I just got through swaping the tires out and putting 29x12x15 hoosiers . I hope they do a little better, will try some drag radials next untill Ifind what works best on the car. just trying the tires before restalling the converter.

What brand were the first slicks?

    Hoosiers are great.

If the Hoosier don't work for ya, try M & H tire. http://www.mandhtires.com/

M and H will be my race tires for my twin turbo project. They offer lots of sizes (oddball huge stuff too) in both heighth and width.

I had Mickey Thompson's . I hope the Hoosiers work good, I like the way they look . car has a nice stance with them. I was looking at the m&h's , they have big drag radials I was looking at. just proud of them though.

Can you guys look at the log and tell me what the converter is flashing to in your opinion? Like I said , on the graph the next frame after full throttle is 4200 but if you look at the dashboard with the tach, it goes to 4600 on the same frame as the 100% throttle.

Just trying to figure out what I need to tell my converter company. Thanks, Chad.

are you looking at the dashboard or the graphs? I agree with you based off of the dashboard.

I may see how it 60 fts now with the 29x12 Hoosiers. Then do the converter if it needs it.

I'm looking at the rpm chart... when rpm starts turning and leveling out... see cursor in attached pic.
