scanner buttons work work?

my V2 scanner's key pad wont work. the only buttons that work are the down arrow, ok, and back space. does it need to be hooked up to a vehicle for it to work properly? that was just plugged into the labtop.

Can you connect to your V2 using EFILive Explorer...?

Goto the Firmware tab and tell us the bootblock and firmware versions.

ok found the explorer but when i click on the firmware tab and its empty? If i try to click on the icon for the flash scanner the explorer and scan cal window that is supposed to come up freezes before it even come up

how long does it usually take to get a problem fixed? looking to get the scanner fixed asap so i can do my autoVE and wideband logging

Return it to Fish Tuning. They handle EFILive's FlashScan repairs in the US.
