8.1.2 Build 52 EFI HAPI Error

I've only been able to do this once.

I started EFILive Explorer and then started Scan&Tune while explorer was starting up still. I then killed EFILive Explorer and worked in Scan&Tune. When I went to load a configuration, I got an error saying that the HAPI was unavailable and I could not access the V2.

Starting up EFILive explorer returned access to the V2 for both Explorer and S&T. Repeated attempts to replicate the error have failed so far so it may be a timing / race condition. It may not be a big issue but probably worth noting.

maybe the share a similar file libary (dll file) and when you killed the explorer that dll file was still a memory resident (hasn't been given a command to shutdown as of yet) ?

that all i can think what "could" possibly cause it
