Are you trying to do AutoVE with STFT's enabled? Semi closed/open loop?
You have a large majority of your commanded fuel table B3647 set to stoich.
Zero to 2400rpm is set toi stoich via your B3618 PE table also.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

nope i am not useing stft running open loop. i set them to mostly stoich to try fix my problem. it used to run richer than commanded afr now thats its stoich its running leaner than commanded so the auto ve always over compensates. above 2400 rpm its fine tho. i didnt want my pe table to effect the stoich afr i wanted to test to see if that was the problem so i put it at zero untill 2400. i dont know much bout all this so i have to try stuff to learn haha maybe that was dumb move. i was thinking that maybe my ifr table is bad or wrong but i used the spreadsheet to calculate it and its fine above 2400rpm.

Some comments (not necessarily related to each other):

    Set B3609 to all zero.

Hmmm... PE is not kicking in...?

When you set B3647 to stoich afr, then semi-open loop (SOL) using STFT's will kick in on those cells like Howard said, this will correct the afr to stoich and defeat your AutoVE objective.

In the tunetool, go Edit->Properties->Display and set:
    - VE units to g*K/kPa... think of VE in terms of g rather than %.
    - Fuel units to AFR... make sure you're not using Lambda.

    Do you have boost...?

Is there a reason why spark timing table B5914 is so low...?

    What vehicle/mods...?

actually i probably should make sure what i have in mind is actually STFT is that disabled by being in open loop? how do you normally enable it or disable it so i can check that i have.

no i dont have boost just a standard ls1. i put the timing so low because i am getting knock detection at 50+ kPa in rpm range up to 2400prm.

is there a way to turn STFT off all the time? i dont think i am running semi closed loop i think that is disabled.
