Default Cold start perfect, Warm start flares high

As the title says. When I start it up cold it fires up nicely, but after its warmed up, it flares to around 2000 RPM and drops off to idle after about 5 seconds.

Check idle airflow parked. It set the IAC position at start up among other things....NOTE that the temperature is INTAKE AIR TEMP not engine temp. This is important for starts when the engine has been sitting for 5 minutes or so and the air intake temp has heat soaked up to 50 to 60deg C. Make changes in the order of 1g/s to notice a result in the flare at the appropriate air intake temp. Other IAC tables can then alter the return to steady target idle like start friction airflow etc etc. Also note the timing on your BASE timing map during startup phase. If its to high for whatever reason this contributes greatly to startup flare
