I have been trying to log my truck on my scan tool and it wont connect. I have used it time and time again but it wont connect all of a sidden. It says connected by nothing on the dash board works??? Any help is really appreciated.

After clicking the connect button and you get a connection, select File->Generate Error Report. Save it and email it to me at paul@efilive.com
