    Question Electric Fan Control

    Ross or Paul,

I was wondering if you guys could look into doing an e-fan output on our ECM's? I understand the computer limitations and if it cant be done because of that it cant be done but. If you used the factory E40 e-fan control us duramax guys could just run 2 corvette fans and turn them on and off though the computer. What do you think?

Computer code isn't like a text document, you can't cut/paste from one system to another and it magically works.

On the LB7 I am pretty sure there would not be enough spare outputs to be used to control the fan relays.

All we would need is the PWM control from an E40 ECM so it would be one pin required. I understand that with the different way the boards are configured the code has to be written to correspond.
