Default Holden VE Commodore Engineering Mode

I was waiting around in the car the other day and tried to figure out how to reset the 15,000 service warning that had just come on.
    Finally figured it out:
    1. Hold down the "Trip" button while switching on the ignition.
    2. Press the "Reset" button for 5 seconds.

I also stumbled on this one while trying to figure it out: Enter engineering mode which displays a number of common PIDs in the dash display:
    1. Hold "Reset" while switching on ignition.
    2. Scroll up/down to display various PID values.

    Regards
    Paul
