    Default tps won't read 0%

    is there a way to reset the tps or adjust it to read 0 thru efilive?

    i've tried the method where you disconnect the tps, turn the key on, shut off, reconnect it and start the car up again, and still not getting 0%. done this numerous times with the same result.

    If you have adjusted the throttle stop too far the reset procedure wont work. You could try slotting the holes in the tps sensor to get a bit more adjustment if this is the case.

    Voltage should be
    0.6v = 0%
    4.7v =100%
    TPS voltage cannot be over 4.7v for 100%

    well i've tried 2 sensors with no luck. right now it says i have the blade open 3.1% or 0.9v, when i do the reset, i end up right back there.

    Compare your tune with a stock tune with the same OS
    and see what the differences are.

    As I stated earlier, once you have opened the TB too far it will not reset. Have you tried backing off the TB idle stop to close the blade a bit further ?
    If you need the TB blade open that far to idle warm at between 40 to 80 IAC steps you may need to slot the TPS sensor or drill the TB plate.
