You definitely need to make changes for the injectors.

Car seems to run great without tunning with the injecters in...what would u suggest I change?
its probably only running okay because your O2 sensors are dumping in a bunch of fuel to compensate for the incorrect info in there. you need to at LEAST make sure your IFR (injector flow rate) table is corrected. any other info you have on your injectors that you can put in will just make the fueling calculations that much more accurate.
1996 c1500 gen1e 5.7L - the "LS31", 24x CNP, LS2 coils, modified T56, 12200411PCM running COS3, zz4 cam, custom MPFI, etc. coming soon: Twin Turbos
Recalculate your IFR, then go for a spin and see what your LTFT's are, post logs.
Like Joe says the IFR should be checked so I posted the calculator.
You need to know the PSI or KPA and the LBs per hour the injectors are rated at. Punch in you numbers and there you go.
Down load it fist and try it.
I did not do the work but I found this I am pretty sure on this forum and you have to have this if you are changing the injectors to other than stock.
