Ok so i just looked at the EFI live site and i did see that I fall into the gen 3. Is there any thing you guys an tell me that might help like which ecm i might have. I see number thrown around like T43 is the the ECM, TCM or PCM #'s? The EFI live is something that i really want to get in to, I just want to know a little more before i buy it.

    welcome

yeah I'm pretty sure you have a Gen III, not sure what PCM exactally, someone running a simmilar truck might be able to help. all I can say about EFIlive is that its the best thing to happen to my truck, hands down. if you get it you won't regret it for a second. and everyone around here is very knowledgable and helpful, which makes learning to tune so much easier and more enjoyable.

Get a Wideband for Auto VE and MAF tuning , and read , read , read , tuning is not hard just lots to consider .
To me EFILive was easy to learn versus the competitor , but that was me .
Download the Demo and have a look at EFILive : http://www.efilive.com/index.php?opt...=48&Itemid=133 and then read the Tutorials : http://www.efilive.com/index.php?opt...130&Itemid=134.

You need a Wide Band AFR controller,
one that has a serial and/or analog output.
Most have a linear analog output stay away from the ones that don't
    to make things easier.
