efi help

Efi newbie here
tried loading a tune with no luck
efi says the tune loaded successfully so i started truck and got codes p2033and p0546 try loading tune 3 times and when i read the pcm it is still the stock tune in the pcm
it didnt make any changes
why wont the tune load ?

key was in acc position(1 click forward) not run(2 clicks forward)
