Default Paul or Ross, can we change EFI limits on this table?

Table B0506 in my tune (attached) shows EFI limit of 37 psi. But, baro pressure is included in that so that's really a max of 22.7 for me. Boost sensor can read up to 53.2 psi, can we change it to that? When I log, the max it reads is 37 psi, and I am assuming this table has something to do with that. That gives me a max value of about 22.7 psi, and I know I am reading around 25-27 on my gauge, and I believe the wastegate dumps at around 30 psi, which would be around 43.5 on that table.

That is the mathematical limit, not a limit we imposed.

So does that mean that this is the "hard limit", I remember reading one of your posts where you said that there is a set of hard limits in these tables, and EFI sets their own more conservative limits as well.

Yes, a hard limit in the ECM, the maximum possible value allowed, the range is 1 to 255kPa.
