can i scan any gm car?
I have an 01 ws6 and i have efi live for it...can i read any 01 car or can i read say a 99ws6??
basically i want to be able to read and record my friends 99ws6 b/c he wants to see if he has his ve dialed in right. he is in sd mode and I want to log the ben factor while he drives, can i do this?

Yes, you can scan, log and read the PCM of any supported vehicle. The only restriction is reflashing which requires a PCM license.
