The scanner keep disconnecting in the middle of logs, I am on the dyno and the flashscan box in sitting stil and nothing has been disconnected. It will log for about a 1000 frames and just loose connection. Any ideas all of my hardware is brand new.

Can you post some screenshots from your PC... and also post the text from the Log tab.
Also, what vehicle is this happening on?

V1 or V2?
My V1 drops connection to my laptop if I use a USB cable without ferrite beads.

Well, mine did, was repaired and now is solid.

Actually my V2 does the same, well when on the dyno with DVT enabled and scanning at the same time. I have to stop and start the scan tool again. Pretty annoying. No errors scanning just hangs.

Most on 2010 camaros,and its a v2. I will get the screen shots. It just locks up, if I stop and start it will work again. I get no errors either.
