    Default O2 sensors

I have a 99 S10 ZR2, 4.3, W series. I've had several different people tell me the oxygen sensors are bad. at most of the parts stores I've looked at they say that it requires two. But to me it looks like three, looks like one on each side behind the manifold, before the converter, then one behind the catalytic converter, is this correct?

You are correct. Have someone put a scantool on it and watch the B1S1 and B2S1 O2 voltages. They should switch from about .200 to .800 MV. Make sure that one does not switch much slower than the other. B1S2 is the SUB sensor that is behind the Cat. The SUB will not make the truck run poorly.
