    Default O2's or fouled plug?

Alright guys, I am at a point where I am stumped. I have put my tune back to the way it was before, but I am having problems still. Right now, I am getting LT's pegging out at 25% no matter what I do to the VE table and getting surging at idle. I am thinking due to the fact that I had the IFR at 42#/hr at one point and it was basically flooding the engine, I think that I could have ruined my NBO2s. Since I am obviously going into CL mode and the PCM is saying 25% LT at idle on both banks, I am thinking that the O2s are bad or I have a fouled plug. My question is, if I installed the Innovate LC-1 in place of one of the O2s and then wired it in to simulate the NBO2, do I disable the other O2s since they might be bad, or in the tune do I say never go into CL mode and this would rely completely on the WBO2? Also, would a fouled plug cause surging? This is the part that I am missing. I am attaching the latest tune.

Anyone have any ideas? What about the cat? Could it cause surging?

Did you check what your plugs look like? When my WBO2 was bad, it read lean, so the PCM dumped lots of fuel on one bank, leading to the plugs showing ...
If you put in the known-good WBO2, with the NBO2 settings for the PCM, at least you can compare whether there's a major difference between the two banks ...

What Garry said, pull the plugs and NBO2 and inspect them (post pics).

You could disable closed loop and see how it runs.

How many miles on the plugs and NBO2's...?

Are you sure you don't have any airleaks...?
