VDASH won't work

I hook up laptop connect laptop to truck and nothing works,no rpm nothing,what pids do I need to turn on to make the VIRTUAL DASH work?

The PIDs that the dash is linked to.
Right click the gauge for the properties.
You will see nothing unless you are recording or monitoring.
