    Default EFILive AutoVE Tutorial help

    I've got through the entire process and am ready to start logging, however I had to skip the paste step because Scan would not allow it.
    I did a search and only found and aswer of you will have to tweak it on your own with excel or simular.

    10. Open calibration {B0101} “Main VE Table”. Select all cells by clicking in the extreme top-left, grey cell. Right click on any cell and select Copy with labels (Shift+Ctrl+C)
    11. Return to the EFILive Scan Tool and press the “Paste Labels” button. The following labels should appear in the Col labels text field: ,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,9 5,100,105 Note the leading comma – it must be included.
    12. Select the [Row] tab page and check the Selected check box.
    13. Select " Engine RPM (RPM)" from the Parameter drop down list box. 14. Press the “Paste Labels” button. The following labels should appear in the Row labels text field: ,400,800,1200,1600,2000,2400,2800,3200,3600,4000,4 400,4800,5200,5600,6000,6400,6800,7200,7600,8000 Note the leading comma – it must be included.
    What am I supposed to add to my spreadsheet (caluclations ect) then what do I do with it so Scan can read it?
    Basically is there a way to get all this info in the map without typing it into each cell?

    Maybe I am missing something. I have no problems creating the columns and rows. Do the cells need to populate? That is what I am having a hard time trying to figure out. My cells do not populate.

    MOD , the Ben Map should already be created for most LS1 based motors along with Filters .
    ScanTool , Shift>Ctrl>M and select Ben for your Wide-band Controller from list .

    From the scantool did you log GM.AFR and EXT.AD1/2...?
    Do you have the wideband AFR and BEN calc pids selected...?

    Post your log file.

    They will "populate" when you are recording provided your hidden cells count is not set to high.

    The tune I have runs slightly rich and is supposed to be open loop speed density.
    I followed the AutoVE Tuning tutorial to the "T". I went back at least 5 times and reread to ensure I did everything correctly. However something is not adding up. I had to of screwed up somewhere.
    Before I get side tracked I tried to do the auto tune by creating the maps from scratch andalso tried using the preloaded maps and still come up with the same dilemna. My Tun file is populated buy a bunch of numbers from 20-99 or so as you can see. The PID is set to average as said in the directions and all the numbers are a fraction of 1. When I paste these cells into the tune it just doesnt look right. If I revert back to using N I have numbers from 50 -500. What to do? As far as I know the PLX wideband is working and wired correctly to the flashscan.

    As you can see when I paste the cells it just doesnt look right.
    Where did I go wrong?

    I uploaded my log file as well. I would upload my tun file but am unsure if it is safe to.

    Did you save this log after it was filtered?
    ECT is low and bounces around abnormally.
    Commanded AFR is 14.63AFR everywhere and PE off.
    Only 1° of KR tho.

    It has to be 'Paste and multiply' , and make sure you are not on the 'Cell Count' , the numbers pictured should not make the VE do that .
    The 'X' is BEN average the 'N' is cell count .
    There is a square , upper left side of MAP , that divides (separates)the row from the column , click it and use 'Copy with Labels' , then do your VE the same way , 'Paste and Multiply' , should work .
    The BEN MAP looks correct and the Numbers in it look right as well , BEN is 100 , so .80 is 80 of 100 , 1.02 is 102 of 100 , simple , BEN MAPPING is just getting close as you can to 100 (1.00) .

    Looks so much better with paste and multiply but is not near the 100(1.00) it actually lowered everything.
    The 4 red cells look out of place though
