Are there any error codes showing in your logs?

You need to click on the little picture of a 'red' motor in the tool bar of the scan tool to display any codes.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

I notified Paul about the error message on the instrument cluster.

    Module $10 is the PCM.

When you click on the red motor button like hquick said, the scantool should also show you the DTC... post a screenshot.

It seems to me that your IPC displays "Error" to let you know there's a current DTC...

See attached image (sorry for the hurried sketch), scroll down carefully, look for the DTC's with coloured icons, these are the ones that are active... the legend tells you what the DTC state is.

On the DTC subtab, you should see one or more active DTC's...

    What are their codes...?
