for some reason i can't get the update to work right. to be honest, it's really getting on my nerves. i've uninstalled/reinstalled several times and still can't get it to work right.

You must leave V7.2.2 installed - V7.3 is only an update to V7.2.2.
V7.3 does not include all the files you need, some of them are re-used from V7.2.2
If you have uninstalled V7.2.2 then you must re-install it.
Than apply the V7.3 update over the top of the installed V7.2.2.

that's what i'm doing. uninstalling 7.2 then reinstalling it and the same thing happens.

I was working with him last night and it appears that he has it installed twice on his computer. I am going to try and get in contact with him tonight and see if we can't get it resolved.
