Default After two weeks sitting, tune is way off

I had my tune dialed in to LTFT -5 to 2 througout the whole range. Now after not driving the car for two weeks due to the rainy Atlanta weather, the tune is show LTFT in the area of 10-15.

It's about 15 degrees cooler now, but can that make that much of difference?

Is it possible my O2's are reading different then when I was driving it every day and tuning it? Can sitting for a couple weeks make it read real lean?

IDK about that, but after I let my car sit for 2 weeks because I was working on it, it ran real rich when I started it up.
