after installing cam/heads/intake manifold the car is able to be tuned idle and part throttle wise. but when going to WOT the car will not turn past 5000 rpm and the limiter is set at 6800. any suggestions are appreciated .

So does it feel like fuel cut?
Have you monitored the blade position to see if it is being closed or limited in some way?
