Unhappy Need Help w/ 6.0 Turbo Tune

What would cause PCM to go straight to the Boost VE table when it's idling. Rich, Rich, Rich I can't figure it out, driving me crazy... At idle i'm getting 3.5-4.0 AFR and the data log shows the MAP sensor at 120 Kpa...

Maybe I didn't upgrade to the Custom OS the right way...Like I missed a step!
It's not going off of the Main VE table at idle for some reason!

I checked the MAP sensor and it's OK. I tried brand new one and still no go...

Well dude I believe you might be over thinking the situation.
    A 2 bar sensor should have 1-1.5 V at 15 KPA and 4.5-5 V at 200 KPA

I had this tune file on another PCM, and I Full Flashed it into this PCM without going thru the whole Custom OS procedure. I didn't put the PCM into "Dead Poll" and then flash the stock calibrations back in, but it did start right up though!

Got a tune file you can post up?
FWIW I have never gone through the dead poll mode when upgrading to a custom OS & have not had a single problem. I just full flash in the populated COS & go.

What kpa map does it show key on, engine off?
Are you using the 6.0 map sensor which I believe doesnt work with older PCM's?(might just be different pin outs)
If not what part number sensor are you using?
