Bluetooth problems

Well after having my RR stored for the last year I dug it out today and set it up on my new laptop. It works fine with the USB cable but when I tried blue tooth it wont connect. I see, enter the password and pair to it but when I click the green button it says cant find usb cable or something like that. I dont understand why it isnt working if its paired to my laptop? Im using vista 64bit if that matters.

I have found certain BT stacks work better than others.
Are you using the MS stack or another?
Check the BT stack's port settings and the tune tool software.

No, I tried that first. It connects to it fine, It just wont communicate with it.
