I know stupid question right? You can always make improvements, and this is just a rough tune. Anyway if you see any improvements that can be made let me know, I'm still not liking how its shifting. If you want me to post some logs let me know.
    -Thanks

Set D0961, D0962 to 100% to prevent interfering with the part throttle up/down shift tables.

Can you post some log files... log these pids:
    TP
    VSS
    RPM
    DYNCYLAIR
    DYNAIR
    MAF
    MAP
    IAT
    ECT
    AFR or EQIVRATIO
    SPARKADV
    KR
    LONGFT1
    LONGFT2
    IBPW1
    IBPW2
    TCCMODE

Keep the pid channel count to 24 or fewer channels to get the highest sample rate.

You're getting some knock in a lot of places, seems to be because the AFR stays stoichiometric when you open up the throttle some significant amount...

you want PE to enable easier/sooner...

    Set B3616 to this:
    60.00
    60.00
    60.00
    60.00
