RTAC not working right

I tuned a camaro the other night and everything worked perfect. I went to tune another a few days later and turned on RTACs on the fuel table during autove and it would follow the scan tool. I couldnt find anything differnt. It would follow the rpms correctly but it wouldnt move out of the first column of the ve table. What happen?

The MAP units probably didn't match between the scan.ex and tune.exe
The recorded PID's units need to match the table's units.
