Default 4th gear goin rich all the time.

do many people have trouble with 4th gear being rich? i tune for wot in 3d on the street and my 1st 2nd and 3rd gears are nearly spot on. logs usually show 1.00** for ben ve afr thingo. but 4th gear goes rich somtimes only after a hard 1st second and 3rd race. it gradually leans out as the rpm rises somtimes. is that stomp compensation? or cat protection? any other ideas?
