Default Too much boost and Turbo Vane "TARGET" Position-LMM

    B2214, B2215

On appearance, these table appear to be vane "minimum" tables.

I have to do some more experimenting, but has anyone had a similar issue with overboost? This LMM sure like to make boost, albeit uncommanded. I am either getting extra boost from a table I can't point to, or my vanes are being commanded to minimums by these target tables, or other tables.

I know in earlier ECM's, "target" position did not constrain vane position.

EDIT: It doesn't appear to be vane tables at all now. DES and ACT boost are about the same. Could it be, yet another set of tables with vertical axis scaling error?
