    Default OBD1/ASDL cable to USB aussie

    hi im new to all this and i own a nissan patrol with a holden VT 5.0L and also own a VY V6 and i want to buy a cable to hook up to my laptop so i get an idea of what the engine is doing can anyone point me in the right direction of what i have to do and where i can purchase a cable thanks.

    We generally recommend this cable (http://www.moates.net/product_info.p...roducts_id=127) from one of our supplies, Moates Ware. This is known to work with the EFILive V4 software.

    yea i saw these but do didnt know if they were the aussie 12pin type or not

    I'm pretty sure that the plugs are generic/standard and I've heard no issues from other customers we have recommended this product to. Of course you could send Moates Ware a question to confirm support from their perspective.
