    Default Missing licenses!

I have a really weird and inconvienent situation with my Flashscan. I HAD a total of 7 licenses, 2 of which were available. I went to tune a LMM last night and couln't because I had no available licenses left! I pulled up the licensing screen to see what the problem was and it only showed a total of 6 licenses, all of which were used.

Where did my 7th license go and why is my 6th one used already?

How do I tell which licence went to which vehicle. I see where it gives the "engine" code next to the license number on the "V2 licensing" screen but I can't find that number when I open up my tune for a vehicle.

Any one else had this problem before?

I got the activation codes from the guy i bought the licenses from (Nick at Duramaxtuner.com) and I had a total of 8 licenses before some disappeared. Should i try putting the activation codes in again to see if they come back?

Can you post some screenshots of the licensing screen.

    I notified Tech Support.

I re-entered the activation codes and got the available licenses back. I immediatly used one of them so i know it worked. Any reason that they went away like that? There were a few people that were watching me when I entered the code and got 8 licenses because I was giving some of my neighbors a tutorial on it. Thanks for the help.

Did something happen on your PC, like a software/OS upgrade, or did some folders get renamed...?

So now you see all 8 licenses, all ok...?

Yes I have all 8 now. I didn't upgrade the software or anything. I can't think of a reason why this happened but it's fixed now so I'll keep an eye on it.

The licenses should never "go away". There may have been a problem when FlashScan was sending the license info back to the PC to be displayed, it may have missed the last two. If they ever show up short again, try hitting the refresh button to get FlashScan to resend the license info to the PC. If they really do go missing again and the refresh button does not help there may be a problem with your FlashScan unit. If so we'll get it fixed for you.
