    Default Urgent WARNING for 1998 PCM reflashing

    When EFILive released support for '98 PCMs, it was released as a free upgrade and more importantly, any '98 PCM could be reflashed without consuming any "Available" PCM license slots.

    Some FlashScan cables have consumed an "Available" PCM license slot when reflashing a 98 PCM.

    Please do not reflash any 1998 PCM with EFILive V7.3 010.
    Instead, use the latest release available here:
