Default Vin License & Stream Question

If I wanted to purchase the LS1B stream, or do the Vin rebate for LS1 PCM's. Do only LS1 Vin license's count towards the rebate or does it matter what Vin License were used i.e. E38, LBZ e.t.c.
If it doesn't matter, does that mean a previously Licensed controller(E38 for example) will need to be re-licensed after the Vin rebate...
Im assuming the serial numbers(vin-license) are erased from FlashScan V2 right?
    Did that make sense???

Any VIN licenses you have purchased are able to be rebated against a Stream license purchase.

A rebate will be given up to the maximum value of 50% (from memory) of the value of the Stream. For instance; if you were going to get the S-LS1B Stream which costs US$2495 you could get a rebate on up to 15 VIN licenses.

If you have already allocated a VIN license to an E38 that vehicle is still able to be tuned with the already allocated license.

No kidding, I didnt know the VIN license I bought for my E67 would count towards a potential P10 stream license? Awesome!

Now if I can just get like 4-6 more P10s Ill bite the bullet on the P10 stream...tons of them around here in the NW but none active on forums or care about tuning.
