    Agreed, the log file analysis functionality in the software is rough at best, there's a few things in the data that will totally skew the results of applying a simple filter. I'm experimenting with something... we'll see how well I do with it, but I am using a MIDMEAN averaging to dismiss the outliers.

    Edit: I updated the calc_pids.txt file...

    Look at the pic, green is damped AFR (no spikes), red is undamped (spikes).

    You could maybe try setting the damp parameter to 5 and see what it looks like.
