EFI Live / HP Tuners stacked

My brothers 2010 Camaro was tuned via HPT and I read it with my EFI Live. Will I have any problems if I make changes then load my adjusted tune back with EFI?

Looks like HPT has some tranny parameters that EFI does not and vice versa so can I use both to dial in a high stall tc?

There should be no issues with this approach. I believe we have an update for the T43 coming soon as well which will likely add additional parameters/tables. Not sure on timing for this.
