Hello, i have an 09 CTSv and was just wondering can the dealer tell that i have been loading tunes to the pcm or tcm. do they have a tool that tell them when was my pcm last flashed or something..

Each different calibration (including minor changes to the same tune file) will change the checksum numbers. So a dealer would be able to tell that the tune was not factory if they did go looking in this level of detail. If you flashed back the stock tune however it would show as normal, and there is no audit log in the ECM.
