I think I already know the answer to this but is it possible to setup a new Electronic Brake Control Module after replacement with the Flashscan V2? I believe that only the PCM calculation regarding tire size can be accessed and altered. Just want to make sure, thanks. Maybe I'll try the Snap-on Modis since I don't have a Tech2 here at work.

No, nothing in the EBCM can be modified with EFILive. Only the ECM/PCM & TCM.
