I have a 99 Chevy Silverado w/09379910 OS pcm.Can I full flash a different OS into it so I can use the COS#5? I have an extra 99-02 pcm just in case.I just don't remember if I could do that.................Paul

You need to be running the 02 F Body OS before you can upgade to COS5. Once you have copied all of your tables over you can full flash that OS in, then upgrade to COS5.

What file did you flash into PCM? Was it a truck file or a F-body file?
Find a truck file that has OS 12212156 or 12202088 so you can use the COS's....
