Please describe what the issue was and the resolution for the benefit of all. This has been a most peculiar incident! Are the flash times normal now as well?

    Question

Something must have gotten itself in a knot and maybe now it's reset itself...

When you now read the PCM how long does it take...?

When you now do a cal-only flash how long does it take...?

I suspect there may have been something going on on the serial bus... do you get any DTC's (Uxxxx, Bxxxx, Cxxxx)...?

Please try and find someone with a bench harness that you8 can try reading and flashing on. We are not having any such issues with other customers, so that tends to place the porblem wither with the PCM itself, or the connection between it and the OBDII port in the vehicle.

Have you done a flash of that ECM on a bench harness yet? There is really little point posting continued failures until we can determine absolute that there is no issue with that ECM out of the vehicle. There are no outstanding/known issues flashing or reading LS1 PCM controllers so we do not believe there to be a fault with the EFILive software or FlashScan.
