Does this help at all

Your VE Table (Airflow Model) at 400-1200 Rpm's looks incredibly high for a car with such a large cam.
Those values most likely would equate to more fueling at Idle than one would want. Normally, that would bog your car and then it would stall. My set-up is not as wild as yours, and my VE Table 'values' at Idle Rpm and MAP are ~40% (EFILive units).
Give it far less fuel..perhaps more Desired Airflow, once you have your fueling worked out.
Any tuning log(s) you have would also help.

I have a tune for a 239/251 on a 106 at home - 2001 346cu, Z06. It's a pretty well developed tune (100s of iterations) I'll post it later today.
i had that cam in my car..its am MS3...I THINK I STILL HAVE THE TUNE
01 Z06, 4L60E CONVERSION, L92/L76 TOP END, 72# LS3 INJECTORS (THANKS FIC), DRY NITROUS, COS5
here you go!
The desired idle speeds {B4603} look to be way too low for that size cam.
