If it remains at the end of a week, all that has amounted is an interesting theory that may work for some but not all, than it is just that, an interesting theory that may work for some. Topics such as this one reaffirm my infatuation with the science behind electronically controlled fuel injection, and interest in reading and supporting those involved.

Keep up the great work, you are all influencing and teaching more people than you could know.

i tried playing with the BARO settings, no matter what i did always updated to 105kpa, didnt seem to affect fueling so i thought it was for diagnostic purposes (this is while using MAF), finally got my 2bar map sensor in but ran out of decent weather/gas money to put it into S.D. and COS5, gonna give it a try when the roads dont have so much gravel on them (garage queen car). up I70w in the summer....damn you're a glutton for punishment...lol air should be pretty crappy here then (9000+ D.A. in the city)

Thanks again for so much effort in writing all this up! Here's a log I took with my stock to-the-air filter 2005 Tahoe 4.8L. Its wifey's truck for my twin boys (1 years old!). Can you take a look if the map is setup correct? I want to take a longer cruise tonight if I can slip away. I'm REALLY excited about your process. I'll have to take my LM1 from my WS6 this weekend.

Yea, from what I can see you have everything set-up and done properly. Obviously some of the RPM/MAP boundaries will always be a little more of a challenge..very little MAF flow and if you start stalling, etc., you will get some erroneous readings.

Sometimes it is 'fun' to display your VE Table in g/s vs % of Theoretical Maximum. Then do a MAP with your MAF Flow (g/s) using the same RPM/MAP boundary. I say that because sometimes at very little MAF flow small differences can make a % difference a little misleading. But, you are doing everything right..

Let us know how it goes. I am hoping at least people can utilize the technique initially, then go more advanced if they so desire.

    Shawn,
I really like what you have done to date and I plan to play around with this concept myself.

    Good Job!

Here is the calc_pids for average LTFT and LTFTBEN from both banks
You use LTFTBEN the same as BEN. (paste & multiply)

You can make a calc_pid to mimic it in the mean time.
